Started in 2001 by Trevor Cridland, an ex-competitive swimmer with over 35 years experience in teaching and coaching swimming, Cridders Swim School has grown with the demands of the community and provides swimming lessons for children in the local area. We are an ASA swim school and and a founder member of the Havering Aquatics Network
With a firm belief that learning to swim should be a fun and happy experience Trevor and his team of experienced teachers and assistants set out to do just that, and continue to provide innovative lessons that keep youngsters learning and developing their skills and most importantly, smiling.
The staff at the school are firmly committed to the care of the children who attend Cridders. Our aim is to enable all pupils to achieve their maximum potential.
Whether making their first splash or competing with peers in the Cridders gala, seeing children progress through the school and become confident swimmers with happy memories of learning to swim makes all the planning and hard work worthwhile.
