Cridders Swim School

Trevor Cridland FIOS (CC)

Welcome to Cridders Swim School. The school was set up in 2001 in an effort to provide swimming lessons for children with working parents. As my wife and I are working parents we were extremely frustrated that no one catered for us, so we set up the school to help others in a similar position.

Since those early days the school has developed and now offers swimming lessons for children four times a week and employs eight teachers and twelve pool assistants.

Our school follows the Amateur Swimming Association (A.S.A.) National Swimming Plan for teaching swimming and was voted Swim School of the year at the
ASA Swimtastic Awards held at the Holiday Inn Stratford Upon Avon on the 26th October 2007.

The team is a mixture of qualified new young talent and experienced mature professionals who have acquired a vast amount of experience in many aspects of aquatic provision especially swimming. Many of our teachers have a competitive swimming background and are parents.

Cridders is a professional, vibrant and fun place for your child to learn an essential life skill.

Cridders is an ASA Swim School member, a member of the I.O.S. and is fully insured by Perkins Slade.
